But at least there was daylight. That has to count for something, right? Based on Strava weather data, it was a whole 3 degrees warmer this afternoon, but because of the wind, the real feel was 6 degrees colder. Not sure that fully tracks, but probably wasn't far off. With the exception of Lund, this wasn't great. Legs felt alright, but sidewalks are still not runnable and the increased traffic (i.e. bad drivers) made this unpleasant at times. But not really on Lund, tailwind and minimal traffic, by far the best road I ran on this afternoon. Nice to get in the extra mile, certainly helps with the 20k step thing. Still debating a morning run tomorrow, will likely get out for 3, but place emphasis on miles at Pennichuck.

3x 8 Nordic curl (down/up) at 40°
3x 5 hip thrust at 190 lbs

Firstly this went well. But full transparency, walked downstairs to see the Nordbench already set to 40 degrees, can't remember if I changed it yesterday or not, so may have done yesterdays workout at 40 degrees as well. Also realized that my math has been wrong and hip thrusts have been at 190 and not 200 since I switched. 135+50+5 is only 190, not 200. Still been easy though, felt really good on the Nordic curls, especially the last two sets.
