No 10 miles, no 20,000 steps. Not today. Really should have run longer this morning. Got screwed over at work, didn't leave the site until 5:45 and didn't leave the office until 7:30. Debated this or a walk to salvage 15,000 steps. This got me a few more, and I'll end up around 17k.

Actually felt half decent, but decided not to risk sabotaging tomorrows long run by going out for six after 8pm. Already annoying to be eating dinner at 9pm as I type this. Should still be able to salvage 70+ on the week.
