I call this dreadmill run the “when you need a semi-long run for a back to back training day weekend, but you don’t want to run in the rain” run. 🤪 This was as long as my attention span would let me go on the treadmill. So much for the semi-long run. 🤦🏼♀
Solo miles + no talking + red face = fast run (fast for me these days) 😉
