I love running. It’s such a great outlet and pursuit for me. Oftentimes I think about what I would do if I couldn’t run. I don’t think you should live in fear of it, but it’s important to be mindful of it. Whenever I don’t want to run, I think about just how much I, or someone else wishes they could when they are injured. And then I go run. Daniel Pearl and I had a great chat about that this morning. However, I’m just gonna stay present and enjoy the fact that I am healthy. Go run, for the version of you who couldn’t, and find the love in what you do. If there’s no love, than why do it?
