Why the hell is it 71°F by the end of my run on December 22nd? 4 sis isotonic gels - they felt like basically nothing, which makes sense as each one only has 90 calories and 22g of carbs. I do think they will be nice for 90ish minute workouts, and would be great for a marathon where I didn't have bottle access, but they aren't quite enough nutrition on their own. Whenever I try out the nootropic beta gels if they feel solid I'll have to get some of the regular beta gels to try too. Strides in the middle somewhere.
