Taking risks by running on trail and tweaking my ankle again… was still able to run it out though. Felt surprisingly strong. Not often I do my quality work on Saturday but everything is out of whack right now.

-14x 1 min on, 1 min off (10k pace)
-5 minutes rest
-1 mile moderate (marathon pace building down to half marathon pace)
