This was rough. I legitimately can't recall the last time I felt this bad the day after a race. Plan was a little over 8 miles, and was going to do so until I got caught trying to cross the street and gave up after a minute of waiting and just decided to call it.

Still got a fair number of streets in, and roads were mostly in decent shape. One mildly snow covered short cut-through, and a handful of slushy stretches, but overall not too bad. Not an ideal way to start the week, but it was quite cold and my legs felt like total garbage. At least there's no more races this year, so I could actually make up the mileage at the end of the week (when it's warmer). Also wearing new shoes which despite being carbon plated did not make my legs feel any better.
