BMT ➡️ DRT medium long run. The trail was in rougher shape than I thought I would be. Lots of power hiking was done. And yes I’m using that term to justify my efforts. I didn’t cover the mileage I wanted but no time on trail is time wasted. Good fueling practice. 500ml of tailwind for first hr, 500ml of plain water for second hr. 4 GUs 20ish minutes apart. 600 calories, 139g of carbs. Also, not a huge fan of the belt, it’s way too bouncy.
