2 mile WU, 3 x 2 miles tempo repeats (first set 6:30, second set 6:25, third set 6:20mi) on 2:00 min rest. 1 mile cd. 

(6:33, 6:28) (6:32, 6:43) (6:35, 6:36)

Felt good but that second set hurt the most, third set was so much better. 
Used my old Alphaflys which still have some bounce in them surprisingly. Not a bad workout, glad this one is done.

Just fell to my knees after seeing Brian Hartline is expected to go to USF for a HC job! 💔😭
