You may think I'm being sarcastic, but an unbelievably easy jog of any duration longer than, like, 10 minutes leaves me feeling SO much better the next day. I've said it before but it's basically just a free massage. Was held up for nearly 15 minutes trying to find my medical tape to wrap the blister that has appeared for the fourth time this cycle on my right Achilles which I figured was just hardened skin callous armor by now, but managed to really get shredded up by this morning's workout.
