Nice lil grab bag of all sorts. Hit some segments at the beginning to burn some anaerobic matches, then climbed until I god a decent amount of vert & did a flatter tempo square in the middle of zone 3, & then found another segment to snipe.

Great to have so much gas throughout a long run. 

Overall a highly aerobic effort. Very excited. 4 x segment snags in total. 

Update : ugh… Strava didn’t recognize two of them! Oh well - it’s the workout that counts
