Getting back in the rhythm after a lot of work and traveling since the Ironman!

Really enjoyed the country roads out here in GA/AL! Super peaceful and quiet and everyone the drive by me gave me plenty of space and was friendly! God also showed me this moment of an older gentleman with a walker crossing a busy street in a small town and to see how big of a task that was for him it made me grateful for my youth and not taking even the small abilities that God gives me the ability to do for granted!

I was also encouraged to see how courteous people were in the town to stop this two lane highway to give this man the chance to cross the road even though he wasn’t a crosswalk! Gives me hope for our society here in America!
