The Four State Challenge:
To hike from the Virginia/West Virginia border on the Appalachian Trail to the Maryland/Pennsylvania border. 

The trail distance was 44.3 miles but with a couple wrong turns, the hike out to the start, and some water stops, my total hiking distance was closer to 49.5 miles.

The total Strava time was 14 hours, 58 minutes but I spent about 52 minutes at overlooks and stopping for water. Had I not taken those wrong turns I would have completed this in under 14 hours of moving time.

I never stopped to eat. I just grabbed stuff out of my bag and ate as I walked/hiked.

Never will I do this again. My feet hurt.
