Decent double after work. Found a nearby park and went straight there from the site. Legs felt like trash, but can't complain otherwise. Definitely gonna be tossing these shoes come Friday. Good day overall though, 26 streets in South Portland complete, that's 4.5% right there. Planning on a segment workout tomorrow morning, but may push it til the afternoon if I'm not feeling great first thing. Kinda nice to have that flexibility, even if it comes at the cost of the job being delayed a day due to travel issues by others.
