Course: Start at intersection of cliff trail at bottom, then turn right up to A, then at trail top right down to just before the bench on lone pine trail, and back up.
Up, down, turn, up, down = 1
5 laps/rainbows (4 if feel meh, 6 if feel great)
Threshold L3/L4 Up, run down at L2 pace. Goal is continuous, with recovery on downhill but not full rest.
15-16min (ish) per lap. 
7 miles, 2000 ft elevation gain.
