-3 x 800 at VO² pace (3:12, 3:09, 3:06) w/~3:10 active recovery
-1.6 mile cooldown

Took me a little while to get into it but this was a solid workout. Without the higher humidity I felt much more comfortable at these paces. Road was a little slick at the end and I felt like I was fighting for traction. Calves feel a bit beat up now.
