Tough run with a cold

The best, but Strava still keeps shutting off

A glorious Sunday morning. The sun kissed my skin as the ground lifted beneath each step. I felt free, my soul moving in rhythm with the earth. Nature reminded me that healing is not always loud, sometimes it is simply choosing to keep going. Each run, each breath, I let go a little more. What once felt like demons now feels like power. I am becoming stronger, softer, wiser. Every mile brings me closer to the woman I am becoming.
