A tiny trainer ride

Felt pretty good for once! Was going to go for more trail miles, but wanted to get out of the woods before I needed the headlamp. Glad I did because the view of the sunset on the bridge and rail trail was amazing. 

Also a few raspberries and a sunset rainbow.

4x totally freeform strides on the way back in heavy wet trail runners. Felt good, which I think is the aim. But my calves are not used to that kind of running after a half year of just plodding.
