Beautiful fall morning in Tx

Really tough race, very hot, made a massive miscalculation riding the gravel bike with no suspension and thinner tires. I think I was the only gravel bike out here, very muddy from all the rain, I was just sinking with the thinner tires , never been passed so many people on the bike before. Came into transition in first off the run, lost a lot of spots on the bike, toughed  out the run to hold 3rd!  Would not have made it without my #1 awesome cheerleader wife here!
