I’m truly amazed at how hiking alone brings such peace. There’s something sacred about being surrounded by nature, finding peace in the quiet, and meeting strangers who become part of a beautiful moment.

Today at Seven Falls, I felt stronger, mentally and physically. I ran up all 228 stairs and surprised more than a few people along the way. But more than anything, I’m just grateful. Grateful for healing. Grateful for growth. And grateful that I can smile again, not to hide pain, but because my soul genuinely feels lighter.
