Holy heat & humidity! First run Back home - high heat, humidity and flat. May take a couple weeks to get my sea level legs back :-)
Vail creek trail run - running flatish at 8200. Feeling the 10k elevation change from Mount Holy Cross in the legs.
Mega day in the mountains - Summited Mount Holy Cross 14,009. 5200 vert in 5.5 miles up and 5200 down in 5.5 miles! Super fun!
Incredible day in the mountains! Summited two 14'rs Mount Shavano & Tabeguache. Big vert. High sustained winds, gusts up to 50 mph, talus fields, a little fun climbing.
