Week 1 Battleship 12k training

Little hot hilly run before cutting grass.

Pushed the pace and knocked out 4 solid intervals today. 
Not proud of cutting it mid-interval again—but I’m listening to my body, especially in the off-season. Its not necessary to push so hard now.
The goal was to go faster than before without going too hard… and I got exactly that (and then some).
Felt strong, felt fast, felt great.
