Decent run this morning, legs pretty sore, mainly the knees. Decided to shorten the run at the top of the hill, but only ended up making it about a mile shorter. Was planning on 1.5 laps of Gateway CCW, but instead went clockwise and zig-zagged out. Probably for the best, 700' of climbing is still significant. Will likely double later, really gonna depend on how my MSHA training goes. Day 1 of 3, hopefully we're out on time, which will still be like 5:30/45. Gotta love doing a training on west coast time.
