Afternoon Yoga

Glad everyone is ok and the bikes are mostly intact for those who crashed. I was off the front for the first 12 minutes with a 15 second gap. I was going to solo the 30 minute race because no one was organizing to chase. 

They restarted the race and didn’t give me the original gap. Ended up getting a prime and then my stomach showed all my racemates my lunch and liquids again. Proceeded to throw up 3 times and drop myself with 5 laps to go
