first day getting a proper track w/o me messing it up. 38 miles on day one 7500 ft of vert. trail was amazing the first day with a couple of blow downs and over grown trail. we slept at the first bit of snow and began day two with like 13 miles of snow which was slow moving and navigating since there was no bootpack. the few sections that were snowy or wet where heavily over grown trail. feet were wet most of the day but dried them out in the middle which made a couple miles after lunch enjoyable. the last few miles were downhill and nice trail which made for fast miles. also had good service so got to chat with my brother for the last mile or so. tomorrow we get to burney CA and there is a Mcdonalds that is going to get wrecked
