...exactly 20 years ago set my MTB'ing trajectory for the next 10 years of longer and longer rides. 

This morning's cool, crisp start to a smoking hot desert day had me reminiscing about Double White Rim in a day, Grand Loops (Koko + Paradox + Tabeguache), Colorado and Arizona Trail Races - so many amazing experiences enabled from the simple act of riding a bike.

Back to the start of it at the Koko TH this morning and 18 road later today to watch my son's MTB trajectory forming - High School racing, huge dirt jumps, even a trip down the Palisade Plunge last year gives him a great head start to creating a lifetime of lasting memories enabled by simply throwing a leg over a bike and going for a ride.
