Post-Hike Run

Three days off and we're back. Not sure this was the smartest, but were gonna roll with it. Didn't feel great, arguably better than the week following revel, but not good. Felt fat and out of shape. Knees didn't feel great either. Really need that left one to heal up, then we can focus on the swollen right one. Shooting for 8+ with Steve tomorrow morning, we'll see how that goes, at least it should be largely flatter than this one.

I did forget to turn autolap back on after the marathon, but managed to overcome that on this run. The issue has since been rectified.  

In other news, finally updated my marathon with thoughts and comments. Link is below, read it or not, I don't care. Took over and hour to write and is nearly 2000 words (2+ pages on a word document). I have posted some of the better pictures on this post though.
